I have been given so many amazing opportunities to work with other photographers to capture beautiful couples wedding days!  I got to meet Hannah & Tristan through Christa Kimble Photography and their wedding was so sweet & romantic.

It reminded me of the Pacific Northwest, one of my favorite places to go in the United States.  It took place at a beautiful intimate cabin-like venue, Rockmill Brewery, set among the woods in the Hocking Hills of Ohio.  It was a day full of sunshine, thunderstorms and so much love & life.  Their color theme was inspired by their German heritage and pulled from notes in the German flag and of course, the brewery served the best beers to boot.

To carry their German theme throughout the day & their marriage, after saying "I Do", they partook in an old German wedding custom, the tradition of cutting a log to represent the first obstacle that the couple must overcome in their marriage!  Such a fun and unique way to remember their special day.  I LOVE seeing couple's bring in their own traditions and letting it speak to who they are as a couple.

I absolutely loved being a part of their special day and am so thankful I get to witness such love so often. Take a little peak of some of the special little details and love shared.
